The beer was found and created by two friends from Sout of France Patrick & Richard, who has a love for their region and good beer! :)
Heretic name was inspired by the region from where they both are. The Cathares is full of authentic and impressive Castles from middle ages - the most famous and impressive is Carcassonne, mountains and all mid evel spirit.

The initial ID was to highlight the beauty of the cocktail preparation thanks to, design accessories and glasses which reflect different usage. The principle inspiration was driven by elegance and fines of the craft.
